Mr. Umesh Shrestha is a Clinical Psychologist (NHPC S-36) currently practicing at Hetauda Hospital, Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences. He holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. In addition to his role at Hetauda Hospital, Mr. Shrestha also provides clinical services at Brain and neuroscience center and various other institutions in Kathmandu. He is highly skilled in conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based psychotherapies-CBT, IPT, DBT. Furthermore, Mr. Shrestha has experience in teaching and mentoring Master’s level psychology students, contributing to the academic development of future professionals in the field.
